A night to remember

In a beautiful gesture of appreciation for donating one of my paintings for the Hands On Atlanta annual fundraiser coming up this Saturday, my wonderful student Laura Maxwell Hilsen (who’s hubby is on the board of this wonderful organization) invited me for dinner and a play at the Fox last night. We dined at the Livingston Restaurant across the theatre then saw the opening performance of musical Something Rotten. It was the most entertaining musical I ever witnessed, so incredibly funny and current albeit being set in the 1590’s! The audience roared like I never experienced, and I still smile just thinking about the plot! This entire evening was simply divine – I’m oozing out appreciation!
